Privacy - We recognise that your privacy is very important to you and we are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and in accordance with other applicable privacy laws.

We aim to deliver a high quality, caring, and family-friendly GP service to the community. If you have any concerns or suggestions for improvement, please contact our practice manager via phone or email on [email protected]. Alternatively, you can speak with your treating doctor.


Personal Heath Information - All information given to your doctor, either verbally or in writing, is treated in the strictest confidence. Patient medical records are confidential documents and may be provided to another person, only with the consent of the patient or on the order of a court.  It is the policy of the practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorized members of staff.


Complaints - We believe problems are best dealt with through our practice and encourage you to contact us if you are concerned about any aspect of our service. We will aim to resolve them quickly and fairly.

We will strive to resolve your concerns in accordance with our resolution procedure. However, if you would prefer, you can contact the Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner in Victoria via https://hcc.vic.gov.au/ or on 1300 582 113.


Email communications – Emails are not a secure form of communication and we do not utilise email to communicate with patients without their consent. We advise that any communication directed to us via email may not be secure and confidential. If a patient chooses to contact the clinic via email this is at their own risk and this communication will be considered as patient consent to reply via email.
