Keep reading below to get a better idea of the services offered at Mivo Park Health.  At Mivo Park Medical we offer Face to face  appointments which must be pre-booked via contacting the clinic in person or via telephone. We do not accept bookings via email. Same day bookings can be made depending on availability or urgency. 

To ensure that we can provide timely and effective service we appreciate if you can provide our administration team with up-to-date contact details at your next appointment or as these details change.

We understand situations may arise where you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. If this occurs, we respectfully ask you to provide a minimum of 2 hours notice before your appointment by phoning our practice. We will happily reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within the 2 hours or do not attend your scheduled appointment, a non-attendance fee of $30.00 will apply. If you have a cancellation fee, it will require payment before you can schedule another appointment. The doctors want to be available for your needs and the needs of all of their patients. When a patient does not attend a scheduled appointment, another patient loses the opportunity to be seen.
